Account Deletion Request
Remove your KibbleGrade account and all associated data.
Option 1: Delete in the app (recommended)
The fastest way to remove your account and erase your data is directly inside the KibbleGrade app:
- Open the KibbleGrade app on your device.
- Go to Profile / Settings.
- Scroll to the account section and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and data will be permanently deleted.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you have already uninstalled the app and would like us to remove your data from our servers, you can request deletion by email.
Please send the request from the same email address associated with your KibbleGrade account so we can verify ownership before deleting your data.

What gets deleted?
We permanently delete your email address, authentication data, all saved pet profiles, your uploaded label photos, and your entire scan history. This action is irreversible. Requests are processed within 30 days.
